Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinBeauty ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Access

FinBeauty grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for educational purposes. You may not share, resell, or redistribute access codes or content.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Lifetime access purchases are one-time and non-transferable
• School seat codes are non-refundable after activation
• All billing is processed by Stripe; we do not store payment information

4. Refund Policy

Once content is accessed, all sales are final. FinBeauty provides a free preview of content before purchase. After accessing purchased content, refunds are not available. Refund requests must be submitted before accessing any course material.

4a. Code Sharing & Account Termination

Seat codes are single-use, one-time activation only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing access codes or credentials is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all access without refund. FinBeauty reserves the right to verify code usage and terminate accounts engaged in unauthorized sharing.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, tools, design, and materials are the intellectual property of FinBeauty. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FinBeauty is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that content will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinBeauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FinBeauty in the 30 days prior to the claim or dispute.

8. Account Termination

FinBeauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, including for violation of these Terms, code sharing, unauthorized use, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all access is revoked and refunds are forfeited.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FinBeauty shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to jury trial and class action. Arbitration shall occur in Nashville, Tennessee under rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement & Amendment

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FinBeauty. FinBeauty reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
